A discussion is given of salt bridges and equitransference such as the RbI bridge for phasing out the KCl bridge. Consideration of the dependence of Δ|t+-t-| on temp. should be included among the criteria for the selection of a salt bridge really appropriate for the liq. junction to be zero.
