The [2+2] cycloaddition reactions of 1-benzyl-2,4-diphenyl-1,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene with beta-(dimethylphenylsilyl)ketene, beta-menthoxyketene and Evans-Sjögren ketene were investigated. The results and some chemical transformations of the obtained cycloadducts are reported.

Abstract
