PROTESI PARZIALE FISSA, IMPLANTO-SUPPORTATA A CARICO IMMEDIATO: STUDIO PROSPETTICO

The aim of the study is to analyze immediate loading in FPD. 8 patients were rehabilitated with 20 implants (Straumann RN TL 4.1x10mm) and immediate FPD. 9 patients were rehabilitated with 20 implants (Straumann RN TL 4.1x10mm) and early loading protocol. We analyze bone density according to Lekholm and Zarb classification, implant torque during implantsurgery and resonance frequency (Osstell). We recall probing depth around implant, plaque index and bleeding index at 1 month, 6 months, 12 months e 24 months from final restoration. Implant survival rate at 12 months is 100%, success rate is 100% in control group and 95% in test group. At 12 months probing depth, plaque index and bleeding index are similar for test and control group. Provisional implant-supported restorations have 30% prosthetic complications.
