This short communication describes the use of tenovaginoscopic lavage in the treatment of a septic tenosynovitis of the medial CDFTS of the right hind limb in a two-year-old red Holstein breeding bull admitted at the Clinic for Ruminants, Vetsuisse Faculty of Berne, Switzerland [date not given]. This procedure is minimally invasive, compared with standard surgical management of septic tenovitis, and in this case it provided visual information to facilitate prognosis and treatment.
