New research, carried on the field during the last years, and with the support of new technologies, allow us to reach new results on Albanian epics. This presentation, illustrating recent research of the two authors, will focus especially on the following points: The state of scholarship on Albanian epic tradition today, and new ethnographic and analytical inquiries.
