Abstract

Seventy years after Giovanni Gambarin’s critical edition and almost thirty years after Pino Fasano’s studies on the so-called “first Ortis”, several aspects of its editorial history still remain to be clarified. The analysis of the few surviving copies of the edition published by Marsigli in 1798, and of its various issues, makes it possible to inte grate and refine the data presented by the critical editor. The contribution also proposes new hypotheses concerning the authorship of the Memorie di Teresa and the Annotazioni, and the reasons that led to their addition.

Il contributo propone inoltre nuove ipotesi sulla paternità delle Memorie di Teresa e delle Annotazioni, e sulle ragioni che ne determinarono l’aggiunta.
