The contribution questions the legal basis of the duty to implement the technologies, such as the Digital Wallet for Safety (DWS), which are capable of improving the working conditions and the health and safety standards. While indentifying the relevant legal basis on Art. 2087 of the Italian Civile Code, rather than on Art. 2086, par. 2, of the Italian Civil Code, the Author reflects on the opportunity and on the content of an incentive policy aimed at promoting a participatory governance of the innovation process.

Abstract
The contribution questions the legal basis of the duty to implement the technologies, such as the Digital Wallet for Safety (DWS), which are capable of improving the working conditions and the health and safety standards. While indentifying the relevant legal basis on Art. 2087 of the Italian Civile Code, rather than on Art. 2086, par. 2, of the Italian Civil Code, the Author reflects on the opportunity and on the content of an incentive policy aimed at promoting a participatory governance of the innovation process.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
