A definição italiana de acidente no trabalho na perspectiva tecnológica

The article analyses the Italian definition of occupational accident and, in particular, the assumption of work occasion in the case of harmful events occurring to workers who per-form their professional activity without predetermined working hours and location. After re-constructing the evolution of the interpretation of the occasion of work, the article addresses the various issues that work without predetermined hours and location raise in terms of the application of compulsory insurance and, more generally, the constitutional distinction be-tween the protection reserved for professional events and that provided for events not related to work
