The conference talks focuses on Online Dispute Resolution in the European digital space, with particular attention to content moderation disputes. It is organised in three parts. In the first part, I outline the evolution of the EU regulatory framework. In the second part, I argue that ODR should no longer be seen as a simple variation of ADR, but rather as a sui generis phenomenon. In the third part, I put forward a proposal for an integrated governance model.
