The incresing complexity of migratory flow caross Europe calls for analytical frameworks capable of supporting governcance processes within multicultural systems. This study investigates diversity management variables in the context of immigration governance, with a specific focus on how these variables are represented and reported. By conducting a bibliometric analysis of 2.274 peer-reviewed articles indeced in Scopus from 1974 to 2023, the research indentifies five interconnected thematic domains relevant to diversity in migration governance. These encompass genetic variability and its implications for helath and climate resilience, the role of biodiversity and environmental change in influencing migrants patterns, the intersectionality of cultural, religious, gender and skill-based factors. the influence of cultural anthropological dimensions on education, health and social values, and finally, the socio-economic conditions affecting fertitlity, marriage and demographic transitions. The analysis underscores the critical need for a multidimensional perspective that integrates these drivers into policy and reporting mechanisms. While aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), 4, 5, 8 and 10, the study also extends relevance to framework. The finding hilihts the limited precence of stidies on sexual orientation in migration research, despite its growing relevance in sylum claims. Ultimately, this paper contributes to the theoretical and operational discourse on sustainable public policies by proposing a structured framework for mapping. Understanding and governing diversity in migratory contexts. It offers a novel foundation for future research and policymaking aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and promoting social cohesion in an increasingly diverse Europe.
