Radiological imaging plays a crucial role in the evaluation and management of ear malformations, which can significantly impact hearing and quality of life. In this chapter, we summarize the main characteristics of ear malformations and provide tools for radiologists, including reference biometric measurements, diagnostic flow charts, and radiological classifications, to facilitate the assessment of patients with congenital hearing loss.
