The use of electronic medical records and the availability of the internet and audio-video communication have facilitated the ability to perform virtual sexual education and treatment. In this chapter we review a format to provide a structured approach to sexual education and treatment for persons with neurological and other disabilities. In addition to the impact of disability on sexual response, consideration of comorbidities that impact sexual functioning is stressed and a straightforward approach to treatment is recommended.
