We report a 52-year-old man who presented with a progressively enlarging asymptomatic white papule on his right leg. Histopathological examination revealed fascicles of collagen separated by dense, diffuse deposits of mucin intermixed with numerous fibrocytes and a few spindle-shaped fibroblasts with some vacuolization.
