Organometallic chemistry still plays a key role in organic synthesis. With the idea of moving towards an increasingly environmentally friendly chemistry, in the last few decades, there has been a resurgence of alkali and alkaline-earth metals chemistry, due to their less environmental impact and abundance compared to the noble metals. In this project, due to its versatility and vast application, we focused our attention on the organosodium chemistry, inspired by the pioneering work of Capriati and co-workers, Hevia and co-workers, Hilt and co-workers and Knochel and co-workers. In particular, the project focuses on developing an in-flow methodology to be applied to a library of different reactions from simple substrates to API, trying also to overcome the limitation to aliphatic compounds. Starting from the aforementioned papers, we will develop a new ad-hoc system for the on-water reactions.

Abstract
Starting from the aforementioned papers, we will develop a new ad-hoc system for the on-water reactions.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
