Introduzione

The Russian-Ukrainian conflict has put international law to the test, casting doubt on the effectiveness of its solutions. In the introductory remarks to the contributions collected in the volume, the peculiarities of the evaluations brought by international law are underlined, both in general and with particular regard to the regulation of the effects of war on treaties.

Il conflitto russo-ucraino ha messo alla prova il diritto internazionale, revocando in dubbio l’effettività delle sue soluzioni. Nelle osservazioni introduttive ai contributi raccolti nel volume, vengono sottolineate le peculiarità delle valutazioni recate dal diritto internazionale, sia in generale che con particolare riguardo alla disciplina dgli effetti della guerra sui trattati.
