The present essay aims at analyzing the use of Executive Orders during the first one hundred days of the second Presidency of Donald Trump. In particular, it will be shown that through them Trump is trying to reshape – as none of his predecessors has ever done – the boundaries of Presidential powers and the separation of powers: the Supreme Court will tell us if this revolutionary” approach is going to succeed or doomed to fail.
