Abstract

The contribution addresses the issue of the difficult path to the restoration of the Rule of law in Poland after the political turning point of 2023. Despite the support of European institutions, the situation remains highly complex both politically and legally due to the presence of institutions “captured” by the previous political regime.
La contribution aborde la question du difficile chemin de la restauration de l’État de droit en Pologne après le tournant politique de 2023. Malgré le soutien des institutions européennes, la situation apparaît très complexe sur les plans politique et juridique en raison de la présence d’institutions « capturées » par le régime politique précédent.
