Discursos de juristas en la Italia del milagro económico, entre derecho y economía

The purpose of this study is to examine Italian jurists' perspectives on commercial law during the 1950s, a period known as the "economic boom", in relation to the economic policy choices of the first republican governments. The present analysis is founded upon the Republican Constitution and the provisions set out in the 1942 codification of civil law. In the ideological, political, economic and financial context of democratic Italy, the focus of legal doctrine was on business and company law.
