Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a debilitating condition marked by raised, intensely itchy, often painful nodules on the skin. A 50-year-old man presented with a 7-year history of PN lesions on his trunk and extremities. Observation suggests that upadacitinib could be a promising treatment option for PN.
