La nouvelle législation italienne sur les troubles spécifiques des apprentissages (TSA): le droit du travail au-delà du handicap

A special legislation for the protection of persons with specific learning disorders was introduced in Italy between 2021 and 2022. This regulation stands as an unicum in a comparative context, where the protection of these workers is usually provided by an assimilation of their condition to the one of disability. The aim of the paper is to identify rationale, strengths and weaknesses of the regulatory technique adopted, also to assess whether the introduction of special legislation such the one under analysis may be an appropriate response for other workers with specific vulnerabilities.
