Autologous Matrix-Induced Chondrogenesis (AMIC®) is known to be a procedure with satisfactory clinical results in osteochondral lesions of various joints. An all-arthroscopic AMIC (AT-AMIC®) technique for talar osteochondral lesions provides good results with low comorbidities and fast recovery. This surgical technique has shown low complication rate and good functional outcomes at 2-years follow-up in different populations; results have been analyzed in active persons who play sports, in overweight patients, and in persons older than 33 years. In all populations, AT-AMIC® could be considered as a reliable and safe procedure with good outcomes.
