Starting from European consumer protection legislation, the Author analyzes the Regulation on the provision of food information to consumers and compares it with the strategies of the Green Deal and the recent Directive which enhances consumer protection against unfair practices and provides better information for the green transition.

Muovendo dalla normativa europea a tutela del consumatore, l’Autore analizza il Regolamento in tema di fornitura di informazioni sugli alimenti ai consumatori e la confronta con le strategie del Green Deal e la recente Direttiva diretta a responsabilizzare i consumatori per la transizione verde grazie a una maggiore informazione e tutela dalle pratiche sleali.
