The contribution is the quarterly observatory of legislation of the Italian Journal of Labour Law. In this observatory the authors focus mainly on the debate about minimum wage, which has resumed as the deadline for implementation of the EU Directive 2041/2022 approaches.
Il contributo costituisce l'osservatorio trimestrale di legislazione della Rivista italiana di diritto del lavoro. In questo osservatorio gli autori concentrano principalmente la loro attenzione sul dibattito in merito al salario minimo, che ha ripreso quota mano a mano che si avvicina il termine per l'implementazione della direttiva europea 2041/2022.
