Il controllo tecnologico sui lavoratori. La riforma italiana alla prova del diritto sovranazionale e comparato

The article deals with technological surveillance of employees in the workplace. It starts by examining international and EU sources, comprising the decisions of the most important sovranational Courts (above all ECHR), and continues with the analysis of the comparative framework (US, UK, France and Germany). In the final part of the contribution the author places the Italian reform of art. 4 of the Workers' Statute in the continental tradition of the double protection against technological surveillance, which is based both on individual and collective rights.
