The essay deals with the reform of the basic income scheme called "Citizenship Income", which introduced two new benefits, and namely: Assegno di inclusion (inclusion benefit) and Supporto per la formazione e il lavoro (support for training and employment). The author gives the first intepretation of the new provisions, by pointing out strength and weaknesses of these schemes.
