Decent work e legislazione del lavoro: quali frammenti di tutela del lavoro dignitoso?

This essay aims to looking for traces of decent work in labour regulation. The investiga- tion is conducted not only through the lens of certain consolidated regulatory provisions, but also in the light of the most recent legislative interventions. The analysis will make use (where possible) of the support of case-law. Through the examples taken from non-systematic inter- ventions on the subject, the final objective is thinking about the concrete results achieved up to now, their effects at the level of positive law and the future prospects.

Il presente contributo mira a ricercare le tracce di decent work nella legislazione del lavoro, sia attraverso la lente di talune consolidate previsioni normative, sia alla luce delle più recenti modifiche legislative, avvalendosi (ove possibile) del supporto della giurisprudenza, con l’obiet- tivo finale di riflettere, attraverso gli esempi tratti da interventi non sistematici sul tema, sui risultati concreti sino ad oggi raggiunti, sugli effetti di essi a livello di diritto positivo e sulle prospettive de iure condendo.
