La difesa europea (PSDC) e la Costituzione italiana alla prova della Bussola Strategica 2022 = European Defense (CSDP) and the Italian Constitution to the test of Strategic Compass 2022

This contribution, besides analysing in detail the contents of the Strategic Compass 2022 and its innovative contribution towards the CSDP, aims at outlining the impact that the Document could produce on the process of European integration, without neglecting an interpretation - with respect to the Italian legal system - of its implementation with respect to constitutional parameters.

Il presente contributo, oltre ad analizzare dettagliatamente il contenuto dello Strategic Compass 2022 e il suo apporto innovativo verso la PSDC, si propone lo scopo di delineare l’impatto che il Documento potrebbe produrre sul processo d’integrazione europea, senza tralasciare una lettura – relativamente all’Ordinamento Italiano – della sua attuazione rispetto ai parametri costituzionali
