From July 2022 to February 2024, 3 patients were diagnosed with maxillofacial asymmetry with unilateral mandibular condylar hyperplasia at Maxillo-Facial Surgery and Dental Unit, Fondazione IRCCS Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico. All the patients received treatment of combined intraoral proportional condylectomy and orthognathic surgery under the guidance of virtual surgical planning and 3D-printed templates.

Abstract
