La scienza nella giurisprudenza della Corte Suprema americana: un rapporto in chiaro-scuro

This contribution aims to highlight the multiple tensions in the relationship between science and the Supreme Court through an analysis of the jurisprudential strand on the regulation of abortion, in the belief that some of the trends of this paradigmatic jurisprudence can also be extended to other areas of intersection between science and law.

Il presente contributo intende mettere in luce le molteplici tensioni del rapporto tra scienza e Corte Suprema attraverso l’analisi del filone giurisprudenziale in materia di regolamentazione dell’aborto, nella convinzione che alcune linee di tendenza di tale paradigmatica giurisprudenza possano essere estese anche ad altri ambiti di intersezione tra scienza e diritto.
