Buoni fruttiferi postali: obblighi e responsabilità nell'attività di collocamento e distribuzione

This article aims to delve into the main issues related to postal savings bonds (buoni fruttiferi postali), taking into account the regulations and jurisprudence, as well as the guidelines followed by the ABF and, most recently, by the AGCM. The objective is to draw more general considerations regarding the obligations and responsibilities in the placement and distribution of postal savings bonds and the possible implications for other intermediaries and the significance of the information to be provided both at the time of subscription and thereafter.

l presente articolo è volto ad approfondire le principali problematiche relative ai buoni fruttiferi postali, tenendo in considerazione la normativa e la giurisprudenza e gli orienta- menti seguiti dall’ABF e, da ultimo, dall’AGCM. L’obiettivo è quello di trarre considera- zioni più generali con riferimento agli obblighi e alle responsabilità nell’attività di colloca- mento e distribuzione dei buoni fruttiferi postali e dei possibili riflessi sugli altri intermediari e sulla valenza delle informazioni da fornire sia in sede di sottoscrizione sia successivamente.
