La sinodalità come criterio di governo = Synodality as a criterion of government

The contribution explores how the principle of synodality has become a governing principle in the reform of the Roman Curia brought about by the Apostolic Constitution Praedicate Evangelium. To this end, it delves into three aspects: the implementation of the synodal principle at the interdicasterial and intradicasterial level; synodality in the rela- tions between the Roman Curia and the General Secretariat of the Synod of Bishops; and the extent of involvement of the laity in roles of governance and responsibility.

Il contributo si interroga su come il principio di sinodalità sia divenuto principio di governo nella riforma della Curia Romana operata con la costituzione apostolica Praedicate Evangelium. A tal fine approfondisce tre aspetti: l’attuazione del principio sinodale a livello interdicasteriale e intradicasteriale; la sinodaltà nei rapporti tra la Curia Romana e la Segreteria Generale del Sinodo dei Vescovi; il grado di coinvolgimento dei laici in ruoli di governo e di responsabilità.
