Abstract

After having undergone several temporary locations, the finds recovered from the Spargi wreck are currently collected at Naval Archaeological Museum “Nino Lamboglia” in La Maddalena (SS), unfortunately closed to the public for several years. Also in view of a wider synergy of intent between Institutions, this project aims to rereading the findings and the context of discovery, in order to concretely contribute to a renewed consideration of the historical and cultural value and socio-economic experience of the pioneering experience of the Institute of Ligurian Studies and the Center of Underwater archeology of Albenga on the wreck of Spargi and the “Nino Lamboglia” museum in which it is preserved.
