Sharing economy y derechos reales: de la propiedad a nuevas formas de goce en tiempo compartido

Time-sharing, in its various models, rapidly spreads as a tool that manages to maximize the productivity of goods, combining both the entrepreneurial interest and the user’s interest in an efficient and rational management of real estate wealth. After analyzing the complexity of the phenomenon and the central role played in this context by private autonomy, the essay focuses on the systematic contribution of time-sharing in the reconceptualization of the relationship between res and ownership in the sharing economy.
