The participatory action-research presented complements the socio-educational project Animare comunità, promoted by Ratatoj APS, in the territories of the Monviso valleys (province of Cuneo). In particular, I investigate the professional challenges for the educator working together with the cultural worker and the art language expert in an art-based educational intervention. The professional encounters, both in the design phase and in the implementation and evaluation phase of the interventions, brought out some critical elements, related to the different skills and cultural backgrounds, highlighting different implicit assumptions of each professional; at the same time, the collaboration between operators suggested positive aspects that mutually enriched the participants.

Abstract
