L'educazione alla legalità nelle carceri minorili in Italia

The essay discusses about the overall results of the research on the Lawfulness education’s history in the Italian juvenile detention centers carried out by CROSS, Observatory on Organized Crime of Milan State University. Through the reconstruction of the main historical phases and of the major elements of mutation, the analysis focuses on: approaches, characteristics of Italian juvenile detention center, the main successful factors and experiences of the wider framework on education of lawfulness.

L’articolo riflette sui risultati generali della Ricerca sulla storia dell’educazione alla legalità nelle carceri minorili in Italia condotta da Cross, Osservatorio sulla criminalità organizzata dell’Università degli Studi di Milano. Attraverso la ricostruzione delle principali fasi storiche e dei maggiori elementi di mutamento, l’analisi si focalizza su approcci, caratteristiche degli Istituti Penali per i Minorenni, principali fattori di successo ed esperienze dell’ampia progettualità sull’educazione alla legalità.
