The publication under comment allows for the emphasizing and brief analysis of some elements of comparative importance, i.e., the close relationship between the Italian and Brazilian legal systems, thanks also to a characteristic formal openness of the Latin American state to foreign law present until its first civil codification; the respective didactic traditions in legal education and the need to adapt them to the digital challenge; and a particular setting of the juridical condition of the unborn potentially incident to a traditional hostility of the area to the voluntary interruption of pregnancy, a topic that has returned to the present day.
