Among the different paths that Spanish poetry has been traveling in recent decades, in Malos tiempos para la épica (Bagué and Santamaría, 2013) emerges the creative line that explores an objectual territory where subjectivity remains expectant behind the walls that contain reality. Such approache could reveal concerns for an unstable reality, which to a large extent derives from a fragmented materiality and with a difficult definition for the subjectivity. This situation is amplified by the lack of trust in the linguistic pact between signifier and signified. In this context, the purpose of this article is to analyze the poetry of Luis Bagué Quílez (Palafrugell, 1978) and more specifically in the collections Página en construcción (2011), Paseo de la identidad (2014) and Clima mediterráneo (2017); I will focus on the poems with semantic suggestions taken from the language of computer science to discover the activity of ‘de-construction’ of the poet, which alludes both to structuralist deconstruction and to the need to construct an acceptable order in a disrupted world in which words do not always mean what they should. The poetic subject is constantly being formed throughout the pages of Luis Bagué, but always bearing in mind the “Entorno Windows” to which we are subjected and the technique of the collage of times and spaces that shape us as travelers of a “World in progress”. A defensive sense of humor and an intense ironic figuration are the weapons at the poet’s disposal to confront this gradual pixelization of identity.
