Midwives’ burnout: Milan workplaces compared to each other. This study concerns the midwives’ burnout syndrome, in particular, in this thesis two different works environments are compared: the territorial and the hospital ones. The aim of this study is to measure the burnout level through the MBI test between the midwives belonging to the two different work environments. The score categorization to MBI sub-scales refers to low, medium and high burnout levels, considering the score obtained through the three sub-scales (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment). The two midwives examples are compared between them thanks to this categorization. This survey has been lead in the Mangiagalli Hospital and in some public, private and accredited territorial clinics in Milan. The test results suggest that both samples examined have burnout but the hospital midwives are impacted more than the territorial.

Abstract
The test results suggest that both samples examined have burnout but the hospital midwives are impacted more than the territorial.Pubblicazioni consigliate
