In this paper we suggest that some key physical parameters of High-Purity Germanium (HPGe) segmented detectors, including segment capacitance and leakage current, can be derived from standard noise measurements. These parameters are relevant when designing and optimizing the front-end electronics.

Abstract
In this paper we suggest that some key physical parameters of High-Purity Germanium (HPGe) segmented detectors, including segment capacitance and leakage current, can be derived from standard noise measurements. These parameters are relevant when designing and optimizing the front-end electronics.Pubblicazioni consigliate
