A toxicological study was performed in the rat by exposing the animals to a pulsating magnetic field (58 G and 50Hz) during organogenesis. No significant differences were found with respect to the control group regarding implants number for each nest, number and position of living, dead and reabsorbed foetuses or the qieght of leaving foetuses moreover no external, visceral or skeletal malformations were detected.
