Abstract
Several low loading supported catalysts were tested in the hydrogen transfer reduction of 4-tert-butyl-cyclohexanone showing good activity under very mild conditions (2-propanol as solvent, 83 C, N2). Results obtained by using different alcohols as donors suggest that a two step dehydrogenation-hydrogenation mechanism is operating over Cu/SiO2.File in questo prodotto:
