L'aménagement en Italie entre anciens et nouveaux acteurs : réformes et contrastes dans une perspective de gouvernance plurielle du territoire?

In the last decades the theme of territorial planning, which has been joined to the local development, has played a central role in the new country balances debate, as well as in the policies, in the operative choices and practices. The paper shows that territory management and planning issues are linked to institutional reforms, devolution processes, local and infrastructural development. The national, regional and local reform of qualified powers and administrative divisions will inevitably have an influence on territorial development, new democracy scales and possible regionalizations for territory government. The territorial government experiences analyzed in the paper on a global level, shows that, beside some significant results, we have also identified several critical elements.
