The inventions relates to a mobile radiolucent non magnetic table for multiple diagnostic purposes, for veterinary use in large animals (equine and bovine)and for medical use. The invention provides a table for use in both x-ray diagnostics, which need readiolucent materials, and magnetic resonance imaging diagnostics which require non magnetic material. A further important feature of this table is its high carrying capacity (which amounts to 3000 kg) as well as its high movement versatility, so that the table can be adapted, at any moment and in a few seconds, to any kind of diagnostic instruments and to any kind of large animals, particularly horses. Furthermore, the unit may also be used in clinical medicine for obese patients
