Abstract
The cause of intraparenchimal cerebral haemorrhage can be difficult to assess, especially if information on the anamnesis and/or circumstances are missing or dubious. Difficulties may arise when the subject suffered an accident and clinicopathological investigations show a source of bleeding which seems apparently natural, otherwise, no story investigations show findings which are unusual for natural haemorrhage. The authors present a review of the available literature as well as an analysis of four cases.Pubblicazioni consigliate
