The special focus to the animal question in the last decades becomes more significant when involves animal experimentation. In this field, the question regarding the relation between law and ethics is increased by the ethic requests about the use of sentient beings. So, the ethics committee have been considered as an instrument for granting the respect of the foundamental principles of correct forms of animal experimentation. The Authors consider appropriate to examine the different kind of role of the ethics committee and the boundary of their function in validating research projects involving animals.
