To evaluate the genetic variability of FCoV and improve the knowledge relating to feline Coronavirus a genetic study has been set. The objective reached has been the complete sequence of the viral genomes of the field strains involved in two different clinical forms. A first database for the more systematic study of the virus, the ORFs identification, their transcripts and proteins, has also been achieved.
