The invention relates to a process for the prepn. of arylhydrazines by palladium-catalyzed arylation of hydrazine derivs. with aryl halide. The process for prepg. arylhydrazines comprising in situ formation of hydrazine/lithium salt adduct is claimed. N-(3-Methoxyphenyl)-4-aminomorpholine was prepd. by palladium-catalyzed arylation of 4-aminomorpholine with 3-bromoanisole in the presence of LiCl.
