We present a ready-surgical resuscitation unit sponsored by Ospedale Maggiore of Milan and by Lombardy Region. Is a completely autonomous equipment and personnel within 24 hours which allows power to be on the place of a possible disaster (such as an earthquake) in order to provide medical and especially surgery. It is equipped with a shelter equipped in the operating room and other support units. This includes surgeons, emergency physicians, intensivists, and traumatologists. It has already been used successfully in the recent catastrophic earthquake with excellent results
