Abstract
It is known that the plague of clergy abuse of minors and vulnerable adults is difficult to overcome. The reforms introduced by John Paul II and Benedict XVI have modified existing regulations by precisely ordering conduct and procedures. These reforms have been joined more recently by those introduced by Pope Francis in the face of new scandals. The main goal of this paper is to analyze the current dispositions of canon law, following the lines of development of a process that goes back over time and simultaneously to analyze the causes of a phenomenon that seems to have no end.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
