Ring chromosom 20 syndrome is characterised by epilepsy,mild to moderate mental retardation and lack of recognizable dysmorphic features. Epilepsy is often the most important clinical manifestation, also because seizures are frequently drug resistant.Since there are not many case reports about this syndrome we believe it was useful to describe three cases.
